Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US after your order has shipped. Expedited options are available at checkout where offered.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently ship to street addresses only.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

X MOTO is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team directly to file a claim.
